Still, I honestly believe that we are all beautiful–just letting the inner light shine, sometimes it helps to have a reminder. I think more people need to reflect positively about themselves rather than putting themselves down as I so often hear people do. I am guilty as charged a lot of times too.

Yes I agree, we are all beautiful - and yes reminders are often needed! Gratitude is a word I keep coming back to… when I'm not feeling good about something, to turn my attention to what there is to be grateful for, and of course there is always something.
