By trade I am a music teacher at an elementary school.  I can hardly believe that I get paid to play instruments all day long!  I am always amazed at the profound difference that the arts and education can have on a child's life.  The arts can truly get you through the tough times and help you express the innate joy in your soul!  Anyone can make music just by banging on a drum!
